Audia Layout Editor

So this is the current Layout Editor for skins.
I was going to make this an external application, but I decided to make it internal, that is, every version will have a Layout Editor.

I dont know if Winamp has one, but I am making this as simple as possible. The Layout Editor will NOT be Aeroed, because people will need to measure and do alignments, and with Aero on, it can be very tough.

Tha Layout Editor can count as a preview to how AeroWork's Menu Designer is, they both use the same codebase.

And yes, i will have all of the bad spelling and typos out by release time. I am still looking for Monday to be a beta release date. If everything goes well, then this should be released before February.
