NewTab - Desktop

[edit: Renamed the deviation file name, i just like this naming better.  This is still the same deviation though.]

As how I have yet to find a replacement for my most loved Explorer extension for the "New Tab" page, I decided to break down and try to do some HTML.  After a few hours of being on google, grabbing templates, mixing and matching, and going back to google for references, I have this.

Note: Chrome does not allow the New Tab to be a local HTML page (WHY???) so you will need an extension called "New Tab Redirect".  Very easy to use and configure.
