mstex - menus and more menues

Been busy this morning, well, noon now i think...

Anyway, my one gripe that I had with mstex was that the only way that i could get to control panel from it was to go to "Classic" mode, and click the button.

So I added in a menu item that starts the Control Panel. Then i decided to see what the Windows 8 Start Corner - Right Click had, and i added a majority of those in as well.

Then I gave Explorer it's own menu (only two items, New Explorer and Restart Explorer)

Then Control Panel came in to play, it went form a menu item to a menu container. You can still launch Control Panel with the first item, but it has what I feel to be the majority of the most commonly used control panel items.

Anyway, so now you can do more that just run apps. Now you can configure the system, or run the apps that allow you to configure the system...
