mstex - more design enhancements

So in an effort to make design mode a but more .. tolerable, i have implemented that when i design mode, an 8x8 grid will show up, on a grey background, and the controls now snap to the grid when you have done a drag and drop or a re-size of any of the controls.

I will make it so that you can choose if you use the grid (but i would if i was you, unless you amazingly accurate eyesight)

Also, i will make it so that you can alter the grid size form the normal 8x8 grid, to pretty much whatever you want.

Any form of any kind of modern Visual Developer that does programming knows this grid, and knows that it can indeed be a useful tool.

Anyway, going to add in the missing misc. properties (add in background images, import AppTab/Tile backgrounds, choose font color, etc... tomorrow i hope.

Oh, also, Classic Mode aligns itself to the AppTab/Tile field, so that you can place the other icons anywhere, and have like an "Classic Mode Plus" for the icons + the classic mode showing at once.
